SHIPPING POLICY
- Made-to-Order Items: As each piece is handcrafted, made-to-order items will ship within 5-6 weeks after order placement. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your item has been dispatched. Due to the custom nature of these products, shipping times may vary slightly. Occasionally, high demand may extend production times by up to 2 additional weeks, in which case you will be notified.
- In-Stock Items: In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your item is on its way.
- Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping will be available in 2025.
- Each piece is thoughtfully packaged to reflect the care and attention in its creation, ensuring your order arrives in pristine condition.
SHIPPING COSTS
- We're happy to offer free shipping for standard domestic orders.
- Expedited shipping is offered for an additional fee and calculated at checkout.
RETURN POLICY
- Made-to-Order Items: As these pieces are crafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on made-to-order items. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions or require customization assistance. We are happy to assist.
- In-Stock Items: We accept returns for in-stock items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging intact. Please contact us to initiate the return process, and we will provide a return shipping label.
- For any concerns related to damage or defects in both made-to-order and in-stock items, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a swift resolution, including complimentary return shipping if applicable.
EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT
- We offer exchanges or store credit for made-to-order pieces in cases of unforeseen problems like shipping damage or material defects. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will assist with resolving any issues.
